Greenpoint and Williamsburg are very active with very little damage. We are seeing people jogging all up and down the road next to the water. We saw downed trees in Maria Hernandez Park and Cooper Park, but the side streets seem fairly intact. Most scaffolding we're seeing looks ok, but they will need minor repairs. Restaurants are open, and people are taking advantage of the break in the rain to get out. The area in north Greenpoint shows some sign of minor flooding, but the water seems to have receded.
