@BarackObama: They actually did it. A group of Republicans in the House just forced a government shutdown over Obamacare instead of passing a real budget.
1. Congress has to approve money to pay the bills every three months.
2. Since the next 3 months includes Obama care expenses and the Reps don't want to fund it, and its in one bill with other expenses, the gov. is closed because they didn't get money from congress
3. The dems are saying it will kill the economy. Well last time it took place in 1995/96 it didn't, and then it was for 21 days. But remember the economy was strong back then with about only 5% unemployment, so will wait and see.
