That's the whole point of the article and I wonder whether Moshav ignored it. Even if somebody isn't aware of this fact, when they read that the doctor wasn't touched, it should make them question and realise that the reason lies with the medical aspect. It's a beautiful example of an article tailored to its reader, depending on how they think.

Doctor doesn't always belong in the picture. And by paying attention to the fact that he could of have 2 boys or 4 but he had 3 - the same amount the rebbe repeated his broche.

That's why the Rebbe wishes 3 times only some of the time but twice, all the time. His Gabay keeps חשבון.
